SOTCoin is a digital wallet built for Timor-Leste. One USD-denominated balance, used across every Oftimor service — stays, services, students, streets, sales — plus everywhere QR codes are accepted.
How do I top up?
Bank transfer to one of our partner banks (BNCTL, BNU, ANZ, P24), card via Stripe Checkout, or T-Pay e-money pull. In-store top-up at participating merchants is rolling out.
Is it free?
The Standard plan is free for personal use. There are no fees between SOTCoin accounts. Paid plans add higher limits, family seats, and partner perks.
Where can I use it?
Anywhere a SOTCoin merchant terminal accepts payments, or via QR scan at any participating shop. Mobile credit and eSIM data are live with all three Timor-Leste telcos.
Which languages does the app support?
Tetum, Portuguese, and English — switchable inside the app at any time.
